The New York City Council Committee on Parks and Recreation jointly with the Committee on Environmental Protection will hold a hearing on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in the Committee Room, City Hall, New York, NY on the status of the East Coast Resiliency Project.
