The NY Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery will host a Public Scoping Meeting on April 30 to discuss coastal and social resiliency measures for Staten Island’s South Shore, where federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds will go toward implementing the Living Breakwaters and Tottenville Dune Projects.
