The City of New York is making progress with the East Side Coastal Resiliency (ESCR) project. Starting this month, the City is conducting an environmental review to analyze the potential environmental and social impacts proposed design alternatives for the project.

The Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Resilience, in partnership with City agencies, is hosting a public meeting for community members to share their input on the Draft Scope of Work for the ESCR Project’s Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
