Meeting in the St. Charles School cafeteria, team members heard from a group of Staten Islanders to get firsthand accounts of the local challenges presented by Sandy. In small, focused groups, residents and civic leaders from across Staten Island held English- and Spanish-language workshops to discuss rebuilding priorities.
