The Lower Manhattan Coastal Resiliency (LMCR) Project is an integrated coastal protection initiative aimed at reducing flood risk due to coastal storms and sea level rise in Lower Manhattan. This meeting will focus on the waterfront from Montgomery Street to the Brooklyn Bridge. This upcoming public meeting which follows November’s Community Board 3 LMCR Task Force meeting.
