In 2024, Rebuild by Design partnered with Marvel Designs and LERA Consulting Structural Engineers (LERA) to provide technical assistance to the nonprofit Corazón Latino to help them submit an application for an EPA Community Change for Equitable Resilience Grant. In this role, Rebuild leads the planning behind the community engagement and development of the application package for community resilience hubs in Sabana and Fortuna in the municipality of Luquillo, Puerto Rico.
