The Notice of Intent (NOI) to Prepare Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Rebuild by Design Hudson River Project was published in the Federal Register this morning. As a part of the NOI, a Draft Scoping Document must be made available to the public for review. Comments will be accepted through October 9, 2015.
