Join New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Projection (NJ DEP) at apublic scoping meeting for the Rebuild by Design Hudson River Project (Resist, Delay, Store, Discharge). All members of the community are invited. This meeting will be an opportunity for the public to provide input on the project scope and priorities.
Update: The Notice of Intent (NOI) to Prepare Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Rebuild by Design Hudson River Project was published in the Federal Register this morning. As a part of the NOI, a Draft Scoping Document must be made available to the public for review. Comments will be accepted throughOctober 9, 2015.
