Even beyond the tap, the value intrinsic to water can be derived from many sources. How can investment in water infrastructure reduce the impacts of climate change and increase the economic vibrancy of cities? In an era of increasing efficiency and automation, where are the opportunities to grow the work force? This panel will discuss how policy, design and technology can work together to ensure a more vibrant water-related economy. The outcomes of the UN’s High Level Panel on Water, released in mid-March 2018, can also act as guidance to realize opportunities and address challenges that await in the future while creating this economy. Click here for more information, the password is Splash.
