WRGB Albany: A new report is warning state lawmakers that if more isn’t done to address the impacts of climate change, the more it will cost New Yorkers – not only through their pocketbooks but through their quality of life.
The report, done by the organization Rebuild by Design, found that every single county in New York state has been impacted by climate change since 2011.
