The Lower Manhattan Coastal Resiliency (LMCR) Project is underway. LMCR aims to reduce flood risk due to coastal storms and sea level rise from Manhattan’s Two Bridges neighborhood to Battery Park City. The city hosted the first of a series of public meetings to help shape the project’s priorities and learn more about this important project to reduce coastal flood risk from Two Bridges to Battery Park City.
