EAST SIDE COASTAL RESILIENCY PROJECT, COMMUNITY DESIGN WORKSHOPS

The NYC Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency and NYC Department of Design and Construction are hosting three community workshops to discuss the east river waterfront redesign following Hurricane Sandy. These workshops will build upon the planning undertaken as part of HUD’s Rebuild by Design competition. Interpreters will be present at all workshops.

Tuesday, July 28 at 5:30pm:

Stein Senior Center, 204 E. 23rd Street, New York City. Focused on the waterfront between E. 14th and E. 23rd Streets. 

Wednesday, July 29 at 6:30pm:

Church of St. Brigid, 119 Avenue B, New York City. Focused on the waterfront between Houston and E. 14th Streets.

Thursday, July 30 at 6:30pm:

Manny Cantor Center, 197 East Broadway, New York City. Focused on the waterfront between Montgomery and Houston Streets.
