HOBOKEN BREAKS GROUND ON NORTHWEST RESILIENCY PARK

NJ.com: Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla, former Mayor Dawn Zimmer and local officials broke ground on the Northwest Resiliency Park, Hoboken’s largest park.

The mayor said the park, at 12th and Adams streets, will be “a national model for parks across the country,” combining open space needs and infrastructure to reduce flooding, Bhalla said.

“When constructed, the park will provide both active uses for residents of all ages, as well as passive space for relaxation and enjoyment, reflecting the needs of our community.” Read more>>
